Rental Rates
Weekly Rate: $700 plus an $80 cleaning fee. - Damage/security deposit is $700 and required to hold unit.
- Full payment is due 30 days before
arrival.
Note: Special event weekly rates are higher
Monthly Rate: $1600 with a $300 damage/security deposit. Damage/security deposit will be returned
within 14 days of check out.
